The 111 guest rooms feature 12-foot ceilings, Indonesian sand stone entryways,marble bathrooms, custom-built cherry wood desks and closets. The rooms have Frette linens, down comforters, separate rain showers and steeping tubs, state-of-the-art business amenities including fax/scanner/printers and two line phones with caller ID. A complimentary daily paper is delivered to your door, Starbucks coffee and tea supplied for the in-room coffee maker, mini-fridge with Fiji water, cable TV with on-command movies, DC player, hair dryer and Aveda bath amenities, plush terry cloth robe and iron with ironing board... all available amenities. The Chancellor's Suite offers wood paneled walls, limestone fireplace and a stunning view of the Rocky Mountains. The Tantalus Suite is unique with kitchenette and separate living and bedroom spaces. Dining And Entertainment at the Hotel Teatro

The Kevin Taylor restaurant offers contemporary American cuisine and the Jou-Jou Bistro serves American cuisine in a casual setting. 24-hour room service is available. The on-site fitness center is located on the concourse level and includes treadmills, Stairmaster, free weights, bottled water and towels. Conference and Meeting Facilities at the Hotel Teatro

The Chancellor's Suite, located on the 18th floor of the hotel, has 800 square feet and accommodates up to 50 guests for a cocktail reception or 12 to 20 members for a formal board meeting. The Concourse Room is directly below the hotel lobby and has flexible meeting space for seminars and business workshops, accommodating 14 to 50 participants.
